Horses must be paid for prior to collection and delivery and approval of client, upon inspection in person (arranged viewing) or video's , pictures and information and agreements by both parties.

All import papers taken care of including DEFRA inspections prior to import, vetting carried out in Spain on behalf of client prior to delivery and payment at the cost of the buyer.

Transportation of the horse is arranged with all relevant paperwork with a very reputable company recognized by DERFA with authorized licence's working in partnership with Equitacion Pura Raza.

Regular inspections are carried out by DEFRA on imported stock at my premises and relevant import paper work checked.

No refunds will be given on purchases but company policy is to re sell on behalf of client a commission will be charged or find a replacement horse should the horse purchased be unsuitable or personal circumstances change a time limit is given please contact me for more information.
